I just saw that Dennis Skarka of Catskill Flies passed away on Feb 4th. Do know how many of you visited the shop but he always had good info or a story to tell.

Does anyone have some suggestion for a good rod for backpacking. Not only does it have to pack down small but also something no bigger than 7 ft for small streams. im considering the Orvis Clearwater only because its hard to find that many making 6-7 ft rods. Not because of budget Thanks
