If you know a kid between the ages of 11 and 14 interested in trout or fly fishing or coldwater conservation in general, we are still accepting applications until the 15th. Below is a link to the school. I'm biased because I help teach it every year, but my daughter will be going for her last year this June as she turns 14 that month and she absolutely loves it each year. She's kept in touch with many of the students over the past few years and the high number of returning kids we get tells us it's a popular 4 day program help up in Stokes State Forest near the banks of the Flat Brook.

Send your kids/grandkids/friends and neighbor's kids and they'll have a great time learning about rivers and trout and fly fishing and tying. Get them away from computers and cell phones and let them chase trout and frogs, sunnies and turtles and collect aquatic insects in the river while learning about the great outdoors.
