Fly-fest at the CFFCM

Its coming up again in 2015!

The 10th Annual "Fly Fest" (Fly Fest 2015) will be held on :

Date: Saturday Feb. 7th, 2015 (mark it on your calendar)
Time: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Place: Catskill Fly Fishing Center & Museum, Old Route 17, Livingston Manor, N.Y. 12758
This event will occur whether it is snowing or it is clear as a bell!! If Agnes can get to the museum you can, and she is always there!! Come on out and enjoy a day of tying and hanging out with others who enjoy the same stuff you do.
Please respond to this post even if you are tentative about attending this year. It would be nice to have an idea how many will be there.

Update on Fly-Fest.

The museum will be putting together a "Year of the Hendrickson" display, and would like the participants to either bring a fly or tie one at Fly-Fest. All flies will be set up in the display till April of 2017...2 full years!

I will have genuine pink fox fur for tiers that want to replicate the original body material, just ask if you want some. All and any style of fly will be included, doesn't have to be a classically dressed Hendrickson.

Something else to look forward to, I will update with any new breakthroughs. CJ
