Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
June 11 /12, were the NJ free fishing days. The program was started in 1986, I have no idea if it is successful or not, or how it's success could possibly be accurately measured but i think it is a cool idea anyway. Prior to 1915 all fishing in NJ was free everyday. I think the first license cost $1.00. Trout stamps weren't available until 1953.
