Yikes! Please tell me that JTD has not found NEFF! If so, I'm sure AK Skim will keep him in line and KLG Neighbor always enjoyed doing the same back in the NJTrout days. Matt, you're right on target, this sounds exactly like JTD.

Oh well, sitting inside bored to tears awaiting the big rains that look like they are still hours away. Time to tie up some Iris Caddis - or was that Irish Cabbage?

Welcome to NEFF, which is a great fly fishing site, and yes, many of us frequented both sites. If you decide to dust off the fly rod, this is the place to get some valuable information and share your FF outings.

As you probably read, the owner of this site is considering sponsoring a "newjerseytrout" site which would be for NJ trout fishing regardless of technique, which would be a valuable forum to share common angling experiences and concerns. Two successful NJ trout programs, the WTS and TCA, have been a bonus for both FF and spin fishermen alike, and continued expansion of these programs requires vocal support from all corners. There is more in common among all serious trout fishermen than a small minority of my FF brethren recognize. This additional site costs $$ and it would help to let Dennis know if you are interested and can help defer the expenses.

Actually, why limit it to NJ only?

I am all in favor of such a message board. I fly fish almost exclusively for Trout but have no problem with other legal methods of fishing. We're all fishermen....how far apart can we be?
