FlatBrook Forever!!
Hey guys,
I've been thumbing through the posts around here and can't seem to find any specific posts for the Korkers Streamborn wading boots. I've had my eye on these things for a while, I like the fact that they have interchangable soles. But I'd imagine there be some risk of losing a sole somewhere along a hike. Anyways, I'm trying to figure out if these are the ones for me, so if anyone has ever worn a pair, I'd love to know what you thought of them. I'm looking for a somewhat light-weight material boot (soft, broken-in feeling right out of the box). In the past, I'd used a cheap pair of hiking boots made of a light canvas material. Unfortunately, these boots might have spoiled me somewhat because they were EXTREMELY soft and easy to hike in right out of the box. If not the Korkers Streamborn, would you guys recommend another pair? And please don't suggest the Orvis Ultra-Lights, lol - They're an ABSOLUTELY last resort, haha -Thanks again, boys. - I appreciate the help, as always.
Tight Lines,
Slick
