Salt fishing this weekend

I'll be camping near Belmar/Asbury Park area this weekend and would like to do some fishing there. Any specific place you would recommend, flies, time of day?

You can go to the manasquan inlet and wade out behind it in the river. Fish the last 2 hours of incoming and the first 2 hours of out going. Try to hit a night tide. Pink clousers are a good bet. With the full moon the cinder worm hatch may be good so have a couple of those. I usually tie small clousers on a #2 or 4 hook in peach and red. Maybe I'll be up there taking a break from the trout this weekend. Good luck.

I'm with Mike here it wouldn't hurt to try the surf as well on either side of the inlet some nice holes for the bait to pile up in.
