Tonka Prince Rod

I recently acquired a 7' Tonka Prince rod. There are two tip sections with the rod. I was told that one tip section is for dry flies the other for nymphs. Is this true? Also, is there any way of determining what weight line to use with this rod?

i was told recently that the reason for two tips is to switch them out periodically so they don't warp.....not sure how true...best to try a few lines on it and see how they perform:sun_smile
